Machine security

Machine’s security and customer protection is a concern for SUPERBA.
All machines delivered by SUPERBA are certified by independant control organization in accordance with European security standards (89/392/CEE) until 1995.

For olders machines from CE (delivered prior to 1995), the conformity to safety regulations has to be insured directly by the final customer in accordance with 89/655/CEE rules ; in this situation, SUPERBA propose " security upgrading kits " to increase the safety level on its machinery.

For example, our new B400 winders are now equiped with a safety light curtain working with invisible infra-red beams, providing a high level of security for the users.
That kind of devices can also be easily adapted on our older type of winders (BLA, B4)

On our TVP2S heat-setting lines, the rollers of the entry and exit hydraulic heads have to be permanently protected by our fixed wire netting.

SUPERBA is at your service to supply (propose) you with original SUPERBA replacement parts, the only guarantee of genuine certified pieces; it also exists lengthened protectors for olders machines.
