ITMA-ASIA 2014 fair edition is over. With more than 45.000 visitors, this was a good edition: Read our fair report

A very good edition for this ITMA-ASIA 2014 with more than 45.000 visitors.
A lot of visitors also on our 150 square meters stand from China, but also from India, Pakistan, Iran, Turkey, among others countries.

For this ITMA-ASIA, SUPERBA had a new type of booth with technological poles where they have been demonstrating some interesting parts of their know-how, like the TEP3 pneumatic tightening head of their TVP3, or their MF400 friezing box for a new kind of texturized yarn for carpet.

This new patented version of the well-known MF4 machine provides a new frieze effect of a very high evenness, with an adjustable undulation from a very light to very strong effect on a layer up to 72 ends.

One of the other axes of development and style renewal in the carpet field is the dyeing by spots called “Space-dyeing”. The space-dyeing technique proposed by SUPERBA advantageously replaces the old methods of Knit-Deknit bringing high productivity gains and cost savings through a continuous process from bobbin to bobbin. SUPERBA masters this dyeing technique and is the only manufacturer to propose a machine capable of carrying out with 8 colors a range of spot lengths from a few centimeters to tens of meters through the use of patented ultra-fast linear piezo-electric actuators.

A new type of dyeing box capable of handling up to 72 simultaneous ends, part of the latest version of the MCD/3 dyeing machine has been shown at the Itma-Asia.

Other poles demonstrated new developments from SUPERBA and samples of carpet in polyester, polyamide or polypropylene as well as artificial turf samples achieved with yarn produced on the GTS-Greentex texturing machine.

SUPERBA sales team and SSRO would like to thank all visitors who came to discuss their projects with us.
